Does Bike Trainer Shops have a printed catalog?

We’re sorry, but in order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, we do not currently provide a printed catalog. 

Do you sell any other products besides bike trainers?

Our company also has products for wall décor, home organization, party tents, outdoor storage, kitchen islands, weathervanes, address plaques and other outdoor products.

What types of payment does Bike Trainer Shops accept?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover card.
Payment by check can be accepted for phone orders only. Product is shipped once check has cleared.

How long until I’ll receive my order?

Most orders will ship the next day. We try to post backorder information as quickly as we can. Be sure to read all the information on the product pages so that you are aware of any backorder information. Don't delay purchases until the last minute. Things can go wrong during shipping that are unforseeable.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Which shipping carriers are used by Bike Trainer Shops?           

Bike Trainer Shops currently ships most items throughout the United States via UPS (United Parcel Service). Upon request (and approval of additional charges), orders can also be shipped via UPS express services.
A few large items require common carrier (large truck) shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping charges depend upon the distance the package must travel to reach you.  We will calculate your shipping costs for you during your order entry with Bike Trainer Shops.

Do you ship outside the US ?

We’re sorry, but Bike Trainer Shops only ships within the United States and Canada .  Canadian orders must be placed over the phone.
