1. All returns must be assigned a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning.
     To obtain an RA Number please call 1-877-367-4253.
     Returns without a valid RA Number displayed on the outside of the carton will be refused.

2. All returns must be received at BikeTrainerShops.com within 30 days of the original invoice date, unused, and in the original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.

3. Any item that is returned to us that has been installed, used, altered, or showing any signs of wear will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

4. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked.
     UPS or FedEX Ground Shipping will meet these requirements.

5. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable including those on special free shipping offers. Shippings costs to return the item are your responsibility.

6. A 15% repackaging/processing charge will be applied to the return of all merchandise deemed resalable

7. Close-Out Items are not exchangeable or returnable.

BikeTrainerShops.com will assist with warranty issues according to each manufacturers warranty guidelines.

Return Policy – Defective Merchandise

1. If any item arrives in less than satisfactory condition as a result of manufacturer defect or if you received the wrong product in error, please call us, within 24 hours. A determination will be made to either replace the defective part or ask for the entire product to be returned at our expense.
   
   
2. We will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label to use for returning your order.
   
   
3. When we receive the defective item back we will replace it with the identical item at our expense.
   
   

Exchanges

1. Items to be exchanged for different products must be in new, unused condition with all packaging, paperwork, and parts included. Exchanges will not be made after 30 days.

2. Items returned with any sign of use or wear will not qualify for credit.

Canceling Your Order

If you wish to cancel an order after your order has been placed, please call us at 1-877-367-4253.

We are often unable to cancel processed orders on specialty or custom made items.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
